Will Age Be Important When Dating Latinas?

The adage “Age doesn’t matter” is the main point here.

If neither party is underage then personally, I see no problem. Relationships bloom beautifully in the strangest circumstances and from the least likely of people to come together. Age is just a number. If you fall in love then that’s it. You’re in love.

Age difference should not be an issue when it comes to love.

However, some people will not see it that way. They will see an older man and a younger girl holding hands and saying horrible stuff, saying their opinions even though no one asked them for it.

Questions like, “How much age difference is acceptable?” or “Should you really be dating each other given your large age gap?” are rude and narrow-minded.

The truth here is that age, attractiveness, and everything else the social norm deems as a requirement for dating – they don’t matter at all.

Foreign women are into older men and here’s why:

There are many reasons why women, mostly foreign ones, are into older men. And they all come down to the same factors below:

• Maturity

When a woman wants a committed relationship with a man, it means she wants someone who is willing to be the man in the relationship and have long term goals. Not just for himself but for their future as a possible family as well.

Younger men can’t do that. If you ask a man in his twenties what he wants to do with his life and what his goals or dreams are, he will either stare at you blankly or make a joke about playing video games forever.

When you ask an older man that, he will regale you with his aspirations, his plans and his ideas about his future in detail. Women are more into a man who knows what he wants and is already setting things in motion. Because at least the woman interested can be reassured that she’ll be with a stable man.

• Preference

This might come as a shock to some of you, but there are actually women out there who date older men simply out of preference.

This is the same logic as how men prefer women who are either slender or curvier, taller or shorter, with long hair or shorter hair. Women also have their own preferences and it can range from liking those with a certain build, a certain height and a certain age.

The best part is that the women who like men who are older aren’t uncommon. They are everywhere, you just got to know where they are. Foreign women, especially, have a thing for silver foxes.

• Financial Stability

Since we’re talking about foreign women, it should be said that a lot of them come from developing countries and have grown up in poverty. And at times, people marry to improve their financial situation. This practice has been done in the past already, whether by Asian women, European women or Latinas.

There’s no denying that a lot of them will marry a white man so they could live a better life. The thing is, their drive to marry someone rich is stemmed by their love for their family. Latin people are huge on family. If they can improve financial situations with their family by getting hitched to someone who can take care of them, then they will do so willingly and happily.

This may appear to be a rather straightforward assessment. Indeed, it is. Here’s the question: Does this in any way detract from the quality of the relationship itself? Latinas are known to be some of the most well-treating and caring wives on the planet— so does the financial background and intent damage anything here?

Okay, but Why Latinas Out of All Foreign Women?

There are many reasons why you should be dating Latinas. We can wax poetic about their beauty and how exotic they are all day. However, the main reasons why they are desirable brides are as follows:

• Family is everything to them - Latinas have a priority, and that priority is family. Above all, family is what motivates them to do things and has a significant impact on the changes they make in their life. They have a strong family-oriented culture and spend a great deal of time with their relatives.

  There always seems to be a birthday, wedding, christening, or extended Christmas/Easter party to attend.

  If you marry one and become a member of her family, she will place a high value on you and your future children. Simply because she was raised in a country that has high family values and morals.

• They are natural homemakers - In practically every aspect of a relationship, they can be incredibly modern. However, most of the time, they are traditional, especially when it comes to housework, due to their upbringing.

  In most Latin homes, especially when the man is the sole breadwinner, the woman is primarily responsible for all household responsibilities. And these women don’t approach it as if it were a mundane or inconvenient activity. They are mostly motivated by a desire to improve the lives of others they care about. This includes you as the husband.

• They can follow the man’s lead - You might be used to the relationship dynamic when you were still with an American woman. But with Latinas, it’s going to be a bit different. You’re going to be surprised by how much they want you to be the leader in the relationship and in marriage.

  Latin people want to play the same roles in the family as they did when they were growing up. This isn’t to say that a Latina wife would agree to everything you suggest or that she won’t have a role in key family matters. It simply means that she will always respect your viewpoint and treat you as a leader.

Date a Latina That Won’t Mind Your Age

There are a lot of Latinas willing to date you regardless of the age difference. All you need is the confidence to approach them. So smile, chin up, and say “hi.” You have nothing to lose, what you do have is a chance to bag yourself a beautiful Latina.
